Medovyk from Lila Bakery is a traditional Eastern European honey cake made from multiple thin, tender layers flavored with honey and filled with a light, creamy filling. The dough is usually gently cooked with honey before baking, giving the layers a warm caramel-like aroma and a beautiful golden color.
